EFF and LCA Submit Response to NIST’s Green Paper Draft on “Return on Investment Initiative”

On February 5, 2019, the Electronic Frontier Foundation and LCA submitted comments in response to NIST’s draft Green Paper, expressing concern that section E recommends making government-produced software copyrightable.
