Libraries Laud Court Ruling in Favor of Google Book Digitization

On October 16, 2015, the Library Copyright Alliance (LCA) issued a statement praising the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit’s ruling in Authors Guild v. Google, affirming that mass book digitization by Google constituted a legal “fair use.”
