LCA Submits Comments to WIPO Concerning Limitations and Exceptions for Libraries and Archives

On July 9, 2012, the Library Copyright Alliance (LCA) submitted comments to WIPO regarding copyright exceptions and limitations relating to libraries and archives, and outlining ten specific areas of exception including preservation, library lending, orphan works, and others.
