LCA Comments on the May 29, 2025 Framework for the ACPA Discussion Draft

On June 15, 2025, the Library Copyright Alliance submitted comments on the discussion draft of the framework for the American Copyright Protection Act (ACPA), highlighting aspects of the draft that could inhibit the free flow of information and adversely affect library users.
